Preheat air fryer to 160°C
Whisk eggs with palm sugar until smooth
Add coconut milk, vanilla, salt, and cornstarch, whisk until combined
Strain custard mixture through fine mesh
Place tart shells in air fryer basket
Fill each shell 3/4 full with custard mixture
Air fry for 12-15 minutes until custard is set but still slightly jiggly
Cool for 5 minutes, garnish with toasted coconut flakes
