Pat prawns dry and season with salt and pepper
Set up breading station: cornstarch in one bowl, beaten eggs in second, coconut and panko mixed with garlic powder and paprika in third
Dredge each prawn in cornstarch, then egg, then coconut mixture
Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray
Place prawns in single layer and spray tops lightly
Air fry at 200°C for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway
Meanwhile, whisk together chili sauce, vinegar, fish sauce, chopped chili, and lime juice
Serve hot prawns with dipping sauce and lime wedges
