Heat 1 tbsp oil in air fryer-safe pan at 200°C for 2 minutes
Add garlic and chilies, stir-fry for 30 seconds
Add cold rice, breaking up clumps
Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar
Cook for 5 minutes, stirring twice
Add basil leaves and toss until wilted
Remove rice and keep warm
Heat remaining oil in air fryer
Crack eggs into hot oil and air fry for 2-3 minutes until edges are crispy
Serve rice topped with crispy eggs
