Rinse glutinous rice until water runs clear, then soak for 30 minutes
Steam soaked rice in steamer lined with cheesecloth for 25-30 minutes until tender
Heat 3/4 of coconut milk with sugar and 1/4 tsp salt until sugar dissolves
Pour half the sweetened coconut milk over cooked rice and mix gently
Let rice absorb liquid for 10 minutes
Mix remaining coconut milk with cornstarch and remaining salt, heat until thickened
Serve rice in bowls topped with mango slices
Drizzle with thickened coconut sauce
Garnish with sesame seeds and mint leaves
