In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt to create the blackening seasoning.
Place the shrimp in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat evenly.
Sprinkle the blackening seasoning over the shrimp and toss until all pieces are well coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 3 minutes.
