Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper
Whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch
Marinate salmon in half the sauce for 10 minutes
Preheat air fryer to 400°F
Cook salmon skin-side down for 10-12 minutes until flaky
Heat remaining sauce in small pan until thickened
Serve salmon over rice with vegetables
Drizzle with teriyaki sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and nori
