Pat chickpeas completely dry with paper towels and let air dry for 10 minutes
Preheat air fryer to 380°F
Toss dried chickpeas with olive oil and all spices in a large bowl
Add chickpeas to air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, shaking every 4 minutes
Add pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds to basket, cook additional 3-4 minutes until everything is crispy
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving, store leftovers in airtight container
