Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss sliced steak with chili powder, cumin, paprika, 2 tbsp olive oil, and lime juice.
Spread seasoned steak on sheet pan with peppers and onions. Roast 12 minutes.
Create wells between vegetables and crack eggs into them. Season eggs with salt and pepper.
Return to oven for 8-10 minutes until eggs are cooked to preference.
Serve with warm tortillas, salsa, and sliced avocado.
