Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl
Whisk milk, melted butter, and vanilla in another bowl
Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed
Spray 4 silicone muffin cups with cooking spray
Fill each cup 1/3 with batter
Crack one egg into each cup
Sprinkle with chopped spring onions
Preheat air fryer to 180°C
Air fry for 12-15 minutes until golden and eggs are set
Cool for 2 minutes before removing from cups
