Let batter rest for 10 minutes
Heat non-stick pan over medium heat
Pour thin layer of batter, swirl to coat pan
Cook for 2 minutes until edges lift
Flip and cook 1 minute more
Fill with strawberries and cream
Serve with maple syrup
