Wash radishes thoroughly and pat completely dry with kitchen paper. Using a mandoline or sharp knife, slice radishes into thin, even rounds approximately 2mm thick.
Place sliced radishes in a large bowl and add olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss well to coat all slices evenly.
Preheat the air fryer to 190°C for 3 minutes.
Arrange radish slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don't overlap. Work in batches if necessary.
Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket every 4 minutes to ensure even cooking. Chips are done when edges are golden brown and centres are crispy.
While chips are cooking, combine the fresh chives, dill, parsley, and lemon zest in a small bowl.
Transfer hot radish chips to a serving bowl and immediately drizzle with fresh lemon juice. Sprinkle the herb mixture over the chips and toss gently to coat.
Serve immediately while warm and crispy, or allow to cool completely for a crunchier texture.
