This refreshing frozen mango treat combines sweet, tangy, and spicy flavors in every sip, making it the ultimate Mexican street-style beverage. Perfect for warm spring days, this vibrant mangonada features ripe mangoes blended with lime and topped with chamoy sauce and chili-lime seasoning.
Add frozen mango chunks, lime juice, agave syrup, and cold water to a blender and blend until smooth and thick, similar to a slushy consistency.
Add ice cubes and blend again briefly until well combined but still maintaining a thick frozen texture.
Drizzle chamoy sauce in a spiral pattern along the inside of four tall glasses, coating the walls.
Sprinkle Tajín seasoning around the inside of each glass over the chamoy.
Pour the blended mango mixture into the prepared glasses, filling each about three-quarters full.
Top each glass with diced fresh mango pieces and an additional drizzle of chamoy sauce.
Sprinkle extra Tajín on top of each mangonada and garnish with a fresh lime slice.
Insert a tamarind candy straw if using, and serve immediately with a wide straw and long spoon.
