Cook linguine according to package directions, drain and set aside
Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C)
Mix panko, Parmesan, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper
Toss shrimp with remaining oil and coat with panko mixture
Air fry shrimp for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through
In a large pan, sauté garlic in butter for 1 minute
Add white wine and lemon juice, simmer for 2 minutes
Add cooked pasta and toss with garlic butter sauce
Top pasta with crispy shrimp and garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes
